The service tonight was a bit disappointing, the standard of food was also disappointed, tempura is so oily, and the size of the sushi is different

Great spot! Ordered soups to start then the Crazy, Out of Control and Fuji Yama rolls. Blown away by how great they were. Super friendly staff as well. Will definitely be back soon

For a person that is not a sushi lover, I LOVED their mexican and chicken tempura rolls. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I think their customer service could improve. Usually their wait times for carry out are more than 30min and the perdón that takes your order is not the kindest. If you don't mind that, you will get amazing food.

Great price, great food, go and enjoy it or order online. My wifes favorite is the hot mama roll.

Impressed by the fish quality! The drama queen was amazing and all the sashimi pieces I had where really good as well including the eel which is one of my favorites. The sweet shrimp also had an amazing flavor. Really looking forward on visiting again!!

I frankly feel guilty for not leaving a review at this point, but I also worry that by leaving a review I may ultimately suffer due to increased foot traffic. This place is incredible. I have had great sushi in many places, but honestly my hometown favorite is here. I freaking love these guys. The specialty rolls are a little pricey but perfectly understandable for the wonderful quality and generous portions. While it's hard to not splurge on these artfully presented specialty rolls (drama queen, foxy lady, super crunch with yellowtail, lemon oyster roll, and the specialty bluefin tuna roll have especially stolen my heart), you also can never go wrong with stir fry or a bento box or their onion soup. The prices are so reasonable. My partner is strict vegetarian and they are always so accommodating of his needs and special requests-- they even know his special mango, cream cheese, avocado inside/out rolls that he requests by heart! I'd give this place ten stars if I could. I come as often as I can.

We had sushi, sashimi, sushi rolls, tempura, katsu. The food was great. No long wait on the food. The service was very good as well. Staff were masked up.

I have ordered many times, I am allergic to shrimp and I told you that they will put the sushi in separate containers and put it all together, they should know that it is very dangerous for an allergic person.

I've been coming here for over 3 years. The sushi is the best in Orlando HANDS down. They value their regulars and if you're wondering, this is where the locals go. The inside is always clean and the decor is classy and beautiful. Great for a night out or a quick lunch, every time I come back to Orlando i always come back to this gem. 6 stars for classiness and just bomb food!! During the pandemic this was a source for great food. Don't miss out. Try this place, you won't regret.

Just Mart Sushi...!!! Last time I went to the place, but after reviewing it, I thought it was a different place.... Last time I ate and this was one place, let's not come here. Anyway, I went to work just in time for the opening hours, but as I saw the staff go to work on time, it seemed like they were using the ingredients as they were the day before. I ate sushi, but the freshness of the sashimi was about 2.5 out of 5, and Tamago was injured, so I spit it out as soon as I put it in my mouth.

They put so much salt in the chicken/salmon teriyaki that it becomes unbearable, the food quality in general is very bad also there's no social distancing or temperature checks at a time where Covid cases are rising

The WAIT TIME for food is killing this place! Been coming for 4 years loyally... Food is amazing, some of the best in Orlando, but my last 3 times coming here took over an hour for 2 rolls and 2 soups, following time took an hour and a half, and I'm standing here now, ordered my two rolls and soups an hour ago. My soups are sitting here on the counter getting cold, for who knows how long, and I'm only writing this only after standing here for 30 minutes. 4 sushi chefs behind the sushi bar, so I'm honestly confused. MANAGEMENT step in and take care of this or be prepared to start losing a lot of customers. Good luck

Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious, but the time management when it comes to preparing the food for the DINE IN customers is at a 0. I ordered my food at 8:00 and there are tons of take out orders coming out of the kitchen but I did not receive my food until 9:25. Keep in mind I only ordered ONE roll, (the lobster roll) the place is not busy (at least 6 open tables) AND it’s a Sunday... so they close at 10. Such a shame, may not come back. The waitress was very accommodating and sweet, it’s just the kitchen that needs to get their stuff together.

Great selection of sushi and other meals. Sake, beer, and wine available. Friendly staff. The only down side is that it takes a little while to receive your food, but at least you know it's always fresh. The quality of the fish is also very good and they have seasonal options that are flown in from Japan and some other international markets.

This is a phenomal place to eat!! The food was so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is great. Our server, Misato was kind and very pleasant! I will be coming back here again for a wonderful meal.

Sorry that was one of my family members hope you understand Mikado Sushi is a good place to get sushi for dinner or lunch and the spider rolls are amazing.

This is a hard review to write because this has been my favorite sushi place for years. We have been coming for 13 years, started back when this place had different owners and regulars had their name written on chopsticks hanging on the wall. We went on a Sunday for lunch with our two boys and ended up waiting over an hour for our food. This is not an easy thing with two young children and were never updated on anything until I asked to speak to a manager. Our food finally came and suddenly the staff had all kinds of reasons. We are short one sushi chef, we have a special menu, we have to go orders, the owner is here helping.... the reality is there were only 2 other small tables in the restaurant and everyone else got their orders on time, even apparently the to go orders.

My husband and I asked to sit at the bar and we were told that the bar was closed and they sat us at a booth. 5 minutes go by and a white couple got to sit at the same bar that they told us wasn’t open, when I asked why were they allowed to sit at the bar the lady said it’s because the white couple are their friend. It was definitely bias and discrimination because if the bar is closed it should be closed for ALL not just for a “certain” group of people. I guess if my husband and I were white we could’ve gotten to sit at the bar too.

Mikado is an exceptional place to eat, in every aspect. The decor is gorgeous, as is the food, and the dinnerware it is served on. The staff are courteous and professional. Those of us who live close by are fortunate. It is rare to experience the tastes and sensations that are offered by their specials.

We've ordered deliveries here, and the sushi is pretty good. It was one of the places still open late at nights when we were hungry but didn't want to go out. The in the location itself you can sit at the table, or at the sushi bar. It was packed when I went, and take-outs had a 75-minute waiting time. (This was around 7 pm on a Saturday.) They have reserved parking spots, but not really enough, so if there's an event at The Palace in the same complex it might be difficult to find nearby parking.

We decided to have sushi for dinner and I ordered thru Uber Eats at 8:26 and it said will arrive at 9:30. I patiently wait for the food to arrive until 10 o'clock i called and they're said my order is canceled because they're busy....i wish I could have know of the cancelation earlier so then I can still have my other option.

Everything here is really fresh and delicious. Service is also exceptional very kind and courteous. I recommend to you to try the “Grilled Lobster Roll” - it comes warm and delicious. Also the Philadelphia Roll. Miso soup is also really fresh. I will definitely come back. Everything here is very tasty and fresh. I really recommend this place to eat sushi very similar to Brazilian sushi. Above I put what I recommend. The service also leaves nothing to be desired, they are all attentive. I will definitely be back.

I love the food at this place but the service is poor. As we all know CDC guidelines and they were not followed. The tables have no dividers and the place was empty. Then the server decides to sit us right next to a family of three with a young child, I’m sure they didn’t want us to sit less than 2 feet from them because of covid 19. I then asked to be seated in a booth. Our server brought us food and she was never to be seen again, she didn’t even say enjoy. We where never asked if we needed utensils or sauce (eel spicy mayo). Another server had to help us and she also forgot to bring our eel sauce. And she has forgotten on multiple occasions. The food is AMAZING but the service is POOR. I hope management improves because I do like this place.

This spot is worth trying. They serve large portions for fair rates. Regularly neat and with fantastic vibes. Will come visit again.

I've been eating at this location since it opened..i've never had a bad experience or bad food here....the bento box is the best in town! best spicy tuna roll in all of florida!!!
